Job Title: Project Manager

Fit Supplements is a growing company that owns a private label of supplements as well as resells other top selling fitness brands. Fit Supplements sells online at fitsupplements.net as well as wholesales to retailers in Canada and USA. We are looking for someone to grow with our company.

If you love a challenge, are eager to learn and have a passion for the fitness industry. You are a detail oriented project manager, with an edge – you have an aptitude for technology. This is the job for you! You will be reporting to President of Fit Supplements and will have daily communication with online customers, sales team, B2C and B2B retail locations.

As a Project Manager your top priority is to build strong and trusted relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for:

 

Ambassador Management

• Scout and manage ambassadors
• Track and measure ambassador’s success

Customer Service

• Explain our products and ambassador programs to potential leads
• Ensure customer expectations are exceeded in terms of quality of product and service delivered
• Provide soft-sales (up-selling opportunities) or articulate these opportunities to the appropriate channels
• Respond to customer inquires
• Full fill and ship online orders 

Purchasing and Inventory

• Shipping and receiving
• Bargain and purchase from international suppliers
• Track and count inventory

Marketing

• Social media plans and implementation
• ‪Plan and coordinate the delivery of websites, e-blasts, newsletters, and support materials
• ‪‪Manage the planning, prioritization, and execution of products, systems, and processes
• Create monthly specials for website, wholesale and retail

Website Management

• Ensure website is operating correctly on the daily
• Check and compare competitor online pricing

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in marketing, business, or communications is an asset
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to think critically and analytically
• ‪Outstanding communication skills across a variety of mediums
• ‪Excellent planning and organization skills with a strong attention to detail
• ‪Knowledge of and experience with online strategies, HTML, SEO, and SEM
• ‪Knowledge and experience with Shopify and Adobe Creative suite is a bonus
